The Orange County Sheriff's Office is conducting a homicide investigation after a body was found by someone walking behind a strip mall in the Dr. Phillips area.
Investigators said Monday that the victim is a white, middle-aged man. A cause of death and full identification have not been released.
The body was found in woods Sunday behind the Phillips Village shopping center on Turkey Lake Road near Sand Lake Road, authorities say. The Sheriff's Office has not said how long the body could have been there.
