Ron Gant gets a lesson in turkey carving 101

If you're serving turkey on your Thanksgiving table, you'll probably want to make sure it's presentable before you dig in!  That means knowing how to carve it, and our own Ron Gant was up for the challenge.  He headed over to Cook's Warehouse to get the 4-1-1 on turkey carving.

TURKEY CARVING TIPS:

  • Let turkey rest for 30 minutes when it first comes out of the oven. 
  • Take apart pieces one at a time.
  • Pull joints apart.
  • Breast: Cut just to the side of the midline, then slice off and cut into smaller pices.
