
James Martin Associates, Inc., a Vernon Hills Snow and Landscape Management firm, seeks an entry level, part time, office administrator to work on a variety of assignments and general office duties. This individual needs to be an organized, quick learner, capable of multi-tasking on a variety of computer programs. This is a flexible, part time opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
Mail retrieval, postage and distribution on daily basis.
Organize, move and create computer file folders and information
Research, edit and enter contact information in database
Light Housekeeping duties
Data entry of time records into excel spreadsheet
Create announcements for company events
Office supplies errands
Communicate and report progress of project work completed
Other administrative assignments, as needed
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, high proficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook
Experience with ACT, Constant Contact, Joomla web software preferred
Experience with Photoshop or other creative design software helpful
High level of organization and accuracy
Able to work independently
Expected Hours: 15-20 per week, Flexible schedule every day Monday - Friday between 11am-4pm.
Additional Hours: 5-10 per week. Early morning data entry duties related to our snow operations. Flexibility to start at 5am during snow events will be considered favorably.
