Atlanta police have made an arrest in connection to the murder of a man killed in Grant Park over the summer. They say Andre Byrd is charged with killing David McReynolds in July.
Investigators say McReynolds, 54, was shot to death outside a Grant Park home. At the time, a friend told FOX 5 she believed he was targeted. She said McReynolds, who was known as "Bubba", had just left a neighborhood grocery story where he often bought lottery tickets when the shooting happened.
