Gov. Rick Scott talks about $10,000 bachelor's degree plan

Florida Gov. Rick Scott is challenging state colleges to make it more affordable to get a four-year degree.

On Monday, he proposed that community and state colleges develop a course of study for a bachelor's degree costing no more than $10,000.

Gov. Scott joined Good Day Orlando live this morning to talk about the proposal and said the plan would tackle more than just education.
