Teen Hit By Car While Walking To School Critically Injured

BENSALEM, Pa. -
A 17-year-old was critically injured Thursday morning in Bucks County when a car slammed into him while on his way to a school bus stop.
SkyFOX flew over the scene in the area of Bensalem Boulevard and Portside Drive in Bensalem.
The accident happened around 7 a.m.
The victim was rushed to Aria Health - Torresdale hospital.
FOX 29's Claudia Gomez reports the victim's brother was walking just ahead of him and heard the collision as other students waiting at the bus stop also witnessed the accident.
According to police, the driver, a 54-year-old Northeast Philadelphia woman, had the green light at the time of the accident.
