Violent Night In Philadelphia

It was an especially violent night on the streets of Philadelphia with four people killed.

Police tell FOX 29 a 17-year-old boy was killed on the 2000 block of South Crosky Street around 11:30 Saturday night.

There was another shooting on the 300 block of South 52nd Street after a fight broke out in the street. The victim, 20-year-old Victor Rodriguez was pronounced later that night at HUP.  Police have a suspect in custody.

A 45-year-old female was found dead in her GMC Yukon, which struck the Whittier Elementary School on the 3000 block of North 27th Street around 3:00 a.m. Sunday.

Around 4:00 a.m. a 35-year-old male was shot on the 1600 block of West Hunting Park Avenue.  He was taken and pronounced at Albert Einstein Medical Hospital.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
