CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher has been fined for the second time in two weeks.

Once again, the fine involved a horse-collar tackle.

Urlacher told the Chicago Tribune that he was fined $21,000. He made a horse-collar tackle on running back Leon Washington during last Sunday's loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Last week Urlacher was fined almost $16,000 for a horse-collar tackle against Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. Urlacher appealed the horse-collar tackle against Peterson, and plans to appeal the latest fine as well.
