Police sources tell us a 16-year-old boy was shot in the chest Friday night in Philadelphia's Frankford section.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. near the 5200 block of Marlowe Street, right off Pratt Street.
The teen was rushed to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. His condition was not immediately released.
Police also say two stray bullets went into a nearby home.
Right now, there's no word on whether the teen was the intended target or he was hit by a stray bullet.
