The Fulton County Medical Examiners's Office says that Carlos Glenn, 24, of Atlanta, was shot and killed at Underground Atlanta. They performed an autopsy Wednesday morning and ruled his death a homicide.
It happened around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Detectives say Glenn got into an argument with other people below street level in the area known as Kenny's Alley.
When officers arrived they found Glenn shot at least once in the chest. He was rushed to Grady hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
"We are processing the scene and actively looking and canvassing the area for anybody who may have information or who may have seen the incident," said Major Paul Guerrucci of the Atlanta Police Department.
Police are trying to get their hands on any surveillance video, and hope someone comes forward with information about the shooter.
Police say they are still actively pursing all leads.
Authorities have not released the name of the victim. Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to call Atlanta police at 404-614-6544.
