Brady Center files wrongful death suit against gun auction website

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
A gun auction website is facing a lawsuit.
The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence has filed a wrongful death suit against ArmsList.com.
The center claims a stalker illegally bought a gun from a seller he found on ArmsList - and used it to kill a man in an Oak Brook parking lot last year.
The Brady Center said the gun used in the spa shooting near Milwaukee this fall also came from the gun auction website.
The ArmsList owners of have yet to comment on the suit.
