Man accused of Facebook threat ordered to stay away high school

WINTER PARK, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Detectives on Saturday arrested a man accused of posting threats on Facebook directed at a student at Winter Park High School.

from the Winter Park Police Department have identified and arrested the suspect who

Jeremy Robert Chilik, 24, was booked into the Seminole County Jail early Saturday morning and bonded out later in the day.

Chilik was charged with transmitting written threats to kill or do bodily injury, a second-degree felony.

A judge ordered that Chilik is to have no contact with the victim and is not to go to Winter Park High School as conditions of any pretrial release. 

His bond was set at $2,500.00.
