Some parents in Missoula, Montana say their local school's holiday program is too religious and are considering legal action. The Missoulian newspaper reports the parents sent a letter to the school calling songs in the program unconstitutional and a form of bullying. They want religious songs replaced with secular ones like Frosty the Snowman. The school district's fine arts director says this year's program includes songs from Christian, Jewish, and Polish traditions and a song about a piñata.
