Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is looking for an Aquatics Director for our children and adult programs. This is a full time position that is responsible for managing and directly overseeing 2 indoor pools, along with programming children and adult classes, including Red Cross swim lessons, private lessons, Maters Swim team, as well as a children's swim team. Candidates should have management experience, a solid swim background as well as strong organizational and marketing skills.
$30,000 base a year, plus benefits, commissions for private lessons and bonuses for a total package ranging from $45,000-$55,000 a year.
