Adam Lanza
ATLANTA -
As residents of Newtown, Connecticut continue to ask why, scientists are looking for answers in the DNA of the school shooter.
The state medical examiner has asked researchers to analyze Adam Lanza's genetic code. They'll look for biological clues that might explain Lanza's extreme violent behavior.
According to a report on Yahoo! News, one scientist says "by studying genetic abnormalities we can learn more about conditions better and who is at risk." Other scientists aren't so sure.
Lanza killed 26 people, including 20 young children, at Sandy Hook Elementary School before killing himself two weeks ago.
