LOS ANGELES -

A paparazzo died Tuesday night while attempting to shoot photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari.

Bieber's white Ferrari was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol for a routine traffic stop.

The photographer was trying to snap pictures but was hit and killed by an oncoming vehicle.

Meanwhile, Bieber wasn't even in the car. His friend was driving the car.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating.
