Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting this morning after a man was dropped off at Florida Hospital DeLand late New Year's Day suffering from a gunshot wound, where he died, deputies said.
Antwan Harris, 25, was shot Tuesday near the 900 block of South Parsons Avenue in DeLand and was dropped off at the hospital just after 11:15 p.m., the Volusia County Sheriff's Office said. He was pronounced dead just before midnight.
It's not yet known who brought the man to the hospital.
