A man was shot and killed in northwest Atlanta on Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
The man was shot in the chest in his car at an apartment complex on Rock Street around 2:45 p.m. The car careened down a hill and crashed into a curb.
A woman who was in the car was injured when the airbags deployed. She was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she was listed in stable in stable condition.
FOX 5's Julia Reynolds said that the man and the woman, who were said to be in their 20s, did not live at the apartment complex.
Police are continuing to investigate the shooting.
