6 Year Old Suspended for Pointing Finger at Classmate

A little boy in Maryland was suspended for pointing his finger in the shape of a gun at a classmate and saying the word "pow." The school called it a "serious incident" and a threat. An attorney representing the boy's family says the school overreacted. The Washington Examiner has more here.
