Rice with Truffle Butter (1 serving)

1 cup white rice
1 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon truffle butter
1 cup mixed mushrooms
Salt
Pepper

Cook rice in water with salt soy sauce and butter.

Sauté mushrooms with salt and pepper.

Top rice with mushrooms.
