Justin Bieber created quite a stir after photos of him smoking a substance surfaced on TMZ, raising speculation that he might be using marijuana.
Soon after the picture hit the Internet, Bieber sent out a number of tweets saying, "Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better. U get knocked down, u get up."
Bieber has yet comment on what exactly he was smoking in this picture.
In other news, the young singer officially announced his break-up with on and off again girlfriend, Selena Gomez, on Monday.
