ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Deputies named a suspect late Tuesday afternoon in the shooting of two Valencia College students near the University of Central Florida early Monday evening.

Orange County Sheriff's deputies say 19-year-old Cortez Derrell Glover of Jacksonville is a prime suspect in the shooting. The say he may flee to the Jacksonville area.

Antwon Ollins, 19, and Vincent Cruz, 20, were walking to Ollins' apartment in the Campus Crossings student apartments near UCF when they were shot multiple times Monday night.

Ollin's mom, Sabrina Wilson, talked exclusively with FOX 35 News.

"I just got a phone call when I was at work that he was shot. I came to the hospital and saw he was shot four times," she said.

Ollins was shot once in the back, once in the arm and twice in the leg. His mom said surprisingly he has no serious damage and is doing well.

Deputies haven't said what the motive was in the shooting or whether or not Glover knows Ollins and Cruz.

Ollins is studying sports medicine at Valencia College.

"I just want anyone that knows anything about this to come forward, we need to get this guy off the street.  He shot two people," Wilson said.
