Patchy fog today will give way to partly sunny skies and warm temperatures this afternoon. Today, highs should reach the upper 70's/low 80's again. Breezy conditions are expected, with gusts up to 25mph. Tonight, partly cloudy skies and mild temperatures will prevail. Lows will be in the upper 50's/low 60's for most.
