MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in an alleged bestiality case involving miniature horses in Marion County.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has offered the reward.

According to the group, four female miniature horses owned by Conder Minis in Summerfield have been sexually assaulted during the past eight months.

Surveillance video has captured a white man with a beard who appears to be in his 50s walking through the barn, possibly holding a weapon.

Additionally, a dog on the premises was found bludgeoned to death, and the suspect may be responsible.

The Sheriff's Office has been investigating the case. Anyone with information is asked to call the agency at 352-732-9111.
