Local students learned about ways to combat bullying on Tuesday. The Fulton County Youth Commission held an anti-bullying and violence prevention rally.
It was part of a program honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
A national CDC study found 20 percent of high school students said they were bullied at school, and 16 percent said they were targets of cyberbullying.
