Partly sunny skies and southerly winds will give way to another warm day across our area. High temps will reach the upper 70's/lower 80's again today. Tonight, mild conditions will continue. Low temperatures will be in the upper 50's/low 60's. Skies will be partly cloudy with calm winds. Some patchy fog could develop late.
