Crews in Lithonia have repaired a water main break that happened on Monday night.
Water was still gushing from a break in a line on Covington Highway at Phillips Road Tuesday morning, and water had been shut off to nearby homes. It also shut down several lanes to traffic in the area.
Work crews finally repaired the water main break at around 8 a.m.
All the lanes that were closed due to the water main break have been reopened.
