Oregon Looks to Make Cigarettes Rx Only

An Oregon lawmaker wants to make cigarettes a controlled substance, on the same level as steroids and powerful tranquilizers. A doctor's prescription would be required to have them. Offenders would face a $6,250 fine and/or a year in jail. KPTV has more here.
