An SUV traveling on Interstate 4 overturned this morning, killing the driver and spilling 6,000 court documents across the roadway.

Joseph Wall, 26, of New Smyrna Beach was heading westbound on I-4 near U.S. 92 in Daytona Beach when his 2003 Chevy traveled off the roadway and rolled, ejecting him, troopers said.

Wall was not wearing a seat belt, according to the Florida Highway Patrol's initial report.

Thousands of court documents were spilled across the roadway, which was closed as officials collected the papers.
