It's been nearly two months since Cold Spring Police Officer Tom Decker was shot and killed, and FOX 9 News confirmed the partner that was with him the night he died is no longer with the department.
An attorney for the city of Cold Spring didn't say whether Officer Greg Reiter resigned or was terminated, only that there is no current complaint against him.
Reiter was criticized for his inaction the night Decker was killed. He stayed in his squad car and only offered a general description of the shooter and the weapon.
