Two men were stabbed Wednesday night, in what police are calling a possible home invasion in west suburban Aurora.
The attack happened in an apartment about 7:24 p.m. in the 500 block of 4th Avenue, Aurora police spokesman Dan Ferrelli said.
One of the men was stabbed in the arm and one was stabbed in the neck, Ferrelli said. Shots were fired after the stabbing, but neither victim was struck.
Both of the victims — a 22-year-old man and a 32-year-old man — were at an Aurora hospital undergoing surgery Wednesday night, Ferrelli said.
The suspects were described as two men, but it was unclear if they were in custody. The motive of the stabbing was not yet known.
