A viral video has some saying that an act of child abuse was caught on tape. The video posted to YouTube on Saturday shows what appears to be a baby getting a tattoo.

The baby's mother is holding down the crying infant. Both the mother and the tattoo artist are speaking Spanish -- but it is not clear where the video was shot.
