City Council to approve hourly mini-suites at O'Hare

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
O'Hare airport is one step closer to adding minute suites for travelers who don't feel like napping in the terminal.
The City Council is expected to approve 29 new private rooms at the airport which will rent for $30 an hour or $120 overnight. Each room has a television, workstation, and a daybed.
Chicago's aviation commissioner said Thursday the city will not try to control what consenting adults do inside mini-suites at the airport, but he is confident the new rooms won't turn O'Hare into what he called a "no tell motel."
