ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
The Orlando Police Department located and arrested an inmate who had escaped earlier in the week from a privately-run work-release facility.
Richard Weber did not return to the Bridges of Orlando Work Release Center as expected. The facility is operated under contract with the Florida Department of Corrections.
Weber was arrested, without incident, about 4 p.m. in the 3300 block of Curry Ford Rd. He was charged on the outstanding warrant of escape and taken the Orange County Jail.
