Behind the scenes look at the Grammy preps

Posted: Updated:

Grammy crews have been hard at work at the Staples Center in Los Angeles assigning seats and setting up three stages for music's biggest night.

Ken Ehrlich, Grammy Awards Executive Producer says: "I think we have 20 performances this year. So you know, it's like a Mardi Gras parade, you know, on acid."

Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Sting, Bruno Mars, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift are among the acts who will take the stage at the Grammys. Speaking of Taylor and Carrie, it looks like two of country's sweet hearts may have claws.

According to "Us Weekly," Taylor Swift is feeling a little snubbed by Carrie Underwood. Taylor told the magazine that she thinks Carrie rudely avoids her at events. So, what's the deal? Is there really a feud?

Well, grab your #TeamTaylor and #TeamCarrie shirts country fans, because it looks like this rift is oh so true. According to "Us Weekly" Grammy execs sent out strict orders to keep the two apart during Sunday's show.

And when it comes to the Grammys everyone gets in on the action. Out in Los Angeles this week stars and singers alike hit the red carpet at the OK Magazine Pre-Grammy party.

Nominee Flo-Rida kicked off the weekend with a performance at the star-studded event. Flo-Rida is nominated in the best rap song collabo category for his single "wild one."

"I mean, you know, I've been nominated before, but this time I'm like almost sure that we should win because I mean definitely I've got love for everyone in the category but when you look at a record such as wow, which is so huge and everyone enjoys it and you know it's my record, I mean, at least give me one of them," Flo-Rida said.
