INFO: Lean Cuisine Voluntary Recall

Nestle Prepared Foods Company last has announced the voluntary recall of two Lean Cuisine products in the Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli, UPC 13800-58358.

According to the company, the meals were recalled because they may contain fragments of glass. The company says three consumers reported finding small fragments of glass in the ravioli portion of the entree. No injuries were reported, Nestle said.

The company says the voluntary recall includes the following two production codes:

 - 2311587812

 - 2312587812

The "best before date" appears as "DEC 2013."

The company says the recall is limited to these two days of production, which were distributed nationwide.
