1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat butter until smooth and creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes. 2. With mixer on low speed, add melted chocolate until just combined. 3. Add milk, vanilla and sugar. Mix on medium speed until well combined.
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine flour, sugar baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. 3. Add 3/4 cups milk and butter. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. 4. Add eggs, 1/2 cup milk and vanilla. Beat for about 2 minutes until well combined. 4. Pour into lined cupcake pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean from center.
