TAFT, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
Homicide detectives with the Orange County Sheriff's Office continue to search for a suspect, or suspects, in the murder of two men.
Deputies on Tuesday responded to reports of shots being fired at a home in Taft. It was shortly after 2 p.m. that the bodies of two men were discovered inside the home at 203 4th Street. A window had been shattered by gunfire, and the men, neither of whom are residents of the home, appeared to have died from gunshot wounds.
The victims have been identified as Nick Lewis, 21, and DeAngelo Cox, 22.
As detectives look or suspects, they have identified two "persons of interest" in the murders of the two victims. Their identities have not been released.
This case remains active and open with investigators following up on leads.
