Weehawken boats burn

NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) -

Multiple boats burned in a fire on the Weehawken waterfront Monday morning.

The fire had gone to two alarms in the 7 a.m. hour at the Lincoln Harbor Yacht Club on Harbor Boulevard.

Fox 5 News reported that at least three boats were burning. Thick, black smoke was pouring into the sky above the Hudson River.

A North Hudson Marine fire boat and a NYPD Marine fire boat were called to the scene.

Most of the fire was put out within an hour.

There were no reports of injuries. the cause of the fire was unknown.
