Oink and Moo BBQ food truck pulled up in front of the Good Day studios on Wednesday and showed Greg and Rosanna how to make a good barbecue meat.
Joshua Sacks, the owner of the truck, whipped up a Chipotle Pineapple Salsa.
Chipotle Pineapple Salsa
2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo
1 ripe pineapple, chopped
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup honey
1 bunch cilantro
Puree all ingredients in a blender.
