Joseph Dell (center) appeared in court on Feb. 21, 2013.
Court documents show that Andrea Sneiderman is thinking about a movie. On Thursday, her attorney asked the judge that she be allowed to have some companionship.
Sneiderman is out on bond for the November 2010 murder of her husband, Rusty, who was shot outside of a Dunwoody daycare.
A recent motion filed in her murder case shows the 36-year old widow has spent time thinking about which actress she'd like to play herself if a movie is ever made.
The filing claims Sneiderman told her friend, Joseph Dell, who also sat in court Thursday, that, "I was thinking if Sandra Bullock wasn't so old, she'd be a good choice. I watched the ‘Miss Congeniality' movie…and I thought that she kind of has my personality…"
The same filing shows that Sniederman told Dell to keep notes for her, stating, "…by chance are you keeping any kind of log of what's going on out there? I know when this book comes out one day or movie.. It would be good for me to know in general what's happened out there while I was in here."
In Thursday's court hearing, defense attorney Thomas Scott Clegg asked the judge if he'd let Sneiderman spend time with Dell, who prosecutors have called her boyfriend. She's prohibited from seeing him because he's on the state's witness list.
"Make no mistake -- this is an ordeal. The woman is entitled to some sort of companionship and friendship during the course of her ordeal," said Clegg.
Presiding Judge Gregory Adams announced that Sneiderman's trial will begin on July 29.
The judge says he will now think about whether he will allow Sneiderman to have contact with Dell. Her next court hearing is in March.
Sneiderman is facing include one count of felony murder, aggravated assault and seven counts of perjury.
