Non-compliant sex offender arrested in Kingman

KINGMAN, Ariz. -

A 42-year-old Kingman man was arrested Monday morning on an outstanding warrant of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Thomas Lee Jolly did not complete his sex offender change of address registration, according to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office.

He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
