(OSAKA, JAPAN) - A 114-year old Japanese woman has been named as the world's oldest woman by Guinness World Records. Misao Okawa received an official certificate at her nursing home in Japan on Wednesday. She was born to a kimono shop family in 1898, married in 1919 and had three children, two of whom are now in their 90's.
She also has four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. When asked what her longevity secret is, she says, "To look out for your health." Okwawa will be celebrating her 115th birthday next month, on March 5th!
