Beggar Fakes Disability, Makes $100k Per Year

A panhandler who fakes having a mental disability estimates he pulls in as much as $100,000 per year. He told a Kentucky TV station,"I am normal; it just helps to be handicapped." The beggar reportedly has a degree in speech pathology and uses those skills to deceive sympathetic people. The New York Daily News has more here.
