OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Troopers have charged a St. Cloud man with two counts of DUI manslaughter after a fiery crash that killed an 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man.

Rachel Price of West Melbourne and her passenger, Jamaree Cook of Palm Bay, died in the crash just after 8 p.m. on U.S. 192 and Old Melbourne Highway in Osceola County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol:

Price and Cook were traveling westbound on U.S. 192 in a 2003 Hyundai sedan when, for an unknown reason, a 2002 Ford pickup traveling eastbound driven by Randall Kerley, 47, of St. Cloud turned left and directly in their path.

The Hyundai struck the right side of the pickup and crashed into a third vehicle, a 2007 Ford SUV, and caught fire.

Kerley was arrested and charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter.

Kerley and the driver of the third vehicle, Patricia Will of St. Cloud, were unhurt.

All four people were wearing seat belts.

Officials continue to investigate the crash.
