Get Six-Pack Abs With This Bollywood Workout!

A new workout inspired by the popular Bollywood style of Indian dancing is making the rounds.

Kajal Desai, one of the founders of a new DVD series of dance workouts called "Doonya," showed off some of the moves on Good Day LA Monday.

The DVDs feature popular Indian music, will help you burn up to 800 calories and hour, feature express workouts for people who want to workout for less than an hour, and also feature a dance you can learn for Indian weddings.
