School officials in Baltimore are apparently singing a different tune after the father of a boy suspended for allegedly making a gun out of a breakfast pastry confronted them about the incident. The second grader was accused of nibbling the pastry into the shape of a gun and saying, "Bang, bang." FoxBaltimore.com reports officials now say the boy was suspended for disruptive behavior in class not the pastry. The school would not comment to our sister station citing privacy rules.
