Poisoned lottery winner`s estate goes to court

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The fight over a poisoned lottery winner's estate went to court Tuesday.

Urooj Khan's lawyer told FOX 32 news that before Khan's death, the 46-year-old businessman changed his finances to benefit his second wife.

His brother is challenging that change on behalf of Khan's teenage daughter.

Khan died of arsenic poisoning before he could collect a $1 million lottery prize last summer.

An autopsy on his exhumed remains did little to help in the ongoing investigation into his death.
