ST. CLOUD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
A 73-year-old day-care owner was arrested today and charged with multiple counts of sexual battery, police said.
James Ferguson, the owner of Rocking Horse Preschool Academy in St. Cloud, faces charges of child abuse, sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation of a minor.
St. Cloud Police say allegations indicate Ferguson sexually battered a female relative who does not attend the day care.

Concerned parents are encouraged to go to St. Cloud Missionary Baptist Church, 2400 10th Street (across from Rocking Horse), from 3-6 p.m. today, where detectives will answer questions.
Ferguson is being held at the Osceola County Jail without bond.
