Bill would make posting nude photos without consent a felony - FOX 35 News Orlando

Legislation sponsored by a Brevard County lawmaker would make it illegal to post nude photos of someone.

In Florida, it's not a crime to post nude photographs of others on the Internet.  A bill, proposed byTom Goodson, R-Titusville, would make it a felony to publish these types of pictures without consent from the other person.
